Processing Times:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
• International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Duties & Taxes:

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges :

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must be attached
• Must be returned in original packaging

Items Not Eligible for Return:

• Final Sale items
• Underwear, bodysuits, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards

Return Instructions:

1. Email us at contact@spinandslay.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send you a return label (if applicable).
3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
