Orders & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We proudly deliver worldwide via trusted courier partners. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations and will be clearly noted at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard Processing: 1–3 business days

Estimated Delivery:

Domestic: 2–5 business days

International: 5–14 business days (subject to customs)

How can I track my parcel?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

Exchanges & Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal.
Please note: Return shipping fees are not covered unless the item is faulty.

Can I exchange my item?

Are sale items eligible for return?

All discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or defective.
